What should I get from Red Lobster?

I have a medium appetite, I like salty stuff but don't like spicy foods.

If you want fish and you are boring, get the Tilapia. If you want something good, get the catfish with cajun spicing, that is if you like it hot. I like the crap alfredo with extra crab meat, last time I got that I couldn't eat it all. Just remember one thing, get the garlic rolls and make sure they keep them coming!
