How long would it take to discharge a 12 volt truck battery using a cb radio?

i have left my cb radio on over night and the next morning the truck would only start with jump leads i was told it was the cb radio that had done the damage could this be possibleHow long would it take to discharge a 12 volt truck battery using a cb radio?
If it did, then your battery is weak and needs replaced. A cb uses very little electricity if your not talking on it, unless you have amps hooked to it.How long would it take to discharge a 12 volt truck battery using a cb radio?
Leaving a car radio on can do that so yes it could be possible. I think it all depends on how old the battery is and the type of battery it is, Etc... Many factors are involved. How long would it take to discharge a 12 volt truck battery using a cb radio?
yeah - sounds like your battery may be a little weak

and now, your battery is even weaker, since it went below 10.5 volts

it probably went into cellular reversal - which damages parts of the cell

time to get another battery
If the cb radio was on with the volume down I really couldnt see it discharging your battery. If the volume was up at a normal listening level then for sure it could.
