Can i boost a cb radio signal using a music amp?

I recently ordered a cb radio for my car and want to boost the signal. I already have a sound system in the care and was wondering if it was possible to boost the signal using that. Thankyou. JesseCan i boost a cb radio signal using a music amp?

The frequency is far too high for your audio amp to even detect.

BTW, it is illegal to increase the power of a CB radio signal beyond 5W input to the base of the antenna.
