this is what is on it.. Set sail with shrimp scampi, fried shrimp %26amp; a broiled fish fillet.
it says fried only on the shrimp part. I went on the Website for nutrition Info and the whole platter is only 330 calories Toatal! thats pretty low compared to their 800-1090 calorie dishes..

not bad. right? Iv'e been eating healthy and im wondering if this is still healthy, because on Thanksgiving im having a "cheat day". And im NOT considering my red lobster meal a cheat meal..Is this healthy for lunch today?
listen dont count calories as long as you got the gym and woekout thats all you needIs this healthy for lunch today?
****! no way!
are you realy serious?
all those fast food chains are "love handles" makers!
Cook your own food! much more healty!
And if you run 10km ( thats around 7 miles i think ) each day you can eat at red lobster... and i'm guessing you are American.... typical americans, think fast food is good for them...
i dont want to be rude but get your *** outside and run ffs!
