Do I have a right to be a little mad at my boyfriend and feel neglected?

Ok. My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year and a half. Since we've been dating he hasnt really gone out of his way for celebrations or showing he loves me like doing something for my birthday and such. Also I know I shouldnt keep tabs on it but it builds up after a while.

1st Christmas: Nothing

Valentines Day : Nothing

My Birthday: Nothing

First Anniversary: A card and Redlobster (finally)

2nd Christmas: Nothing

Valentines Day: Nothing

My next birthday: Took me to a casino.

Now he wants to buy his mother a horse and build her a fence when our house needs ALOT of work and he still hasnt done much for me. I just feel really neglected and I'd like some advice to know if I'm being selfish.Do I have a right to be a little mad at my boyfriend and feel neglected?
Yeah, hes not trying very hard :\ i was completely stressing over my girlfriends birthday :p i know this might not help, but talk to him about it? :p thats how i would like itDo I have a right to be a little mad at my boyfriend and feel neglected?
I'd be disappointed too especially if your getting him things. With my bf it was like

Birthday: two really cool johnny depp posters and a trip to the coast.

First Christmas: super soft red fleece blanket, Donkey Kong game, Wii remote charger, and across the universe bluray movie. I was shocked at how many and how good his choices were!

First valentines day: beautiful diamond earrings

First anniversary: brand new stereo and speakers for my car and he cleaned it..the inside!!! Lol

It's more the fact that these presents showed he payed attention to know what I liked and to show he cares.Do I have a right to be a little mad at my boyfriend and feel neglected?
Do you get him gifts? If so stop and if he asks why you didn't get him anything say you never get me anything so why should I get you anything.Do I have a right to be a little mad at my boyfriend and feel neglected?
well, what's he like on not special occasions? the same?

if so then yes you should be mad...you should be mad anyway, you should just get rid of him, he doesn't really care about you
