I have a Cobra 19 DX IV mobile CB radio. How do I make it a base radio?

It only came with a power cable that goes into a car radio and I do not have a car. Is there an adapter that can be used to plug it into a socket at my house? I would like names/links please!I have a Cobra 19 DX IV mobile CB radio. How do I make it a base radio?
