My CB radio in my car makes static from the electrical system, how can I stop it?

When i'm just running radio and appliances in my truck it sounds fine but once I turn on the car and drive around or put the window up or down it picks up static from those. How can I stop that?My CB radio in my car makes static from the electrical system, how can I stop it?
liek sparky said, your best bet is to get a noise filter, but its still not going to stop it, CB radios accept incomming transmissions, and electronics in your car let out radio waves and it screws with it, the noise filters will help, but wont totally eliminate the noise.

stop playing with the electric options in the car...? only fail safe way...

or you could get some shielded coax... but thats still iffy..My CB radio in my car makes static from the electrical system, how can I stop it?
You can use an inductive type noise filter that wires between the battery and the CB.

Radio $hack used to sell them, Best Buy or Circuit city should have them.My CB radio in my car makes static from the electrical system, how can I stop it?
you can try moving the ground. To another place that has a better metal surface and shave off the paint on the metal before screwing own hopefully that helps
