Deep Fried Shrimp
Shrimp
Flour
Eggs
Milk
Japanese Bread Crumbs (Panko)
Frying Oil
Take large shrimp and peel shell off leaving the tail. Then take shrimp and butterfly. Coat shrimp with flour by placing in a bag and shaking. Take the floured shrimp and dip in mixed egg and milk. After dipping shrimp in egg and milk coat the shrimp with Japanese bread crumbs. Deep fry shrimp in hot oil to a golden color, about 2 minutes.
Another favorite of mine is:
Coconut Fried Shrimp
These crisp and crunchy shrimp make a tempting appetizer or a fun change-of-pace main dish. The coconut coating adds a little sweetness...and the tangy orange marmalade and honey sauce is great for dipping. It's impossible to stop munching these once you start!

Peel your shrimp and devein them. Toss in a little lemon juice and some seasoned salt or cajun seasoning. Then toss w/ a mixture of flour and cornmeal that has seasoned salt or creole seasoning mixed in. Heat oil to 350潞F and fry. Only takes a couple minutes, keep moving them around. Drain on paper towels and serve hot. Simple.
If they are pink then they are already cooked and they will just need heated, for a few minutes stirred around from time to time.
If they are grey, they are raw, you just need to shallow fry them until nice and pink.

I do not like seafood and find shrimp to be rubbery and disgusting. If you need to cook it check out a cookbook.
