How much do commercial bartenders make?

I have trained to be a bartender but my mother does not want me working in a regular old bar anywhere she wants me to work in a place like redlobster or applebees does anyone know how much these bartenders make on average? How much do commercial bartenders make?
it depends on the location and the shift working but in a metropolitan or busy suburban area they do pretty well, especially if located near businesses and frequented by a "happy hour" crowd... i would expect on a week night maybe 150-300 and on the weekends 300-500 a night... definitely depends on location i live just outside DC and there's a lot of busy restaurantsHow much do commercial bartenders make?
I've been bartending in a high volume quantity bar for two years, it depends on the night but expect 100-200 dollars a night in tips + wages. Restaurants are a little different because you are tipped out by servers as well, but it's not a high of quantity. If you make anything over 200 a night you are in a very good restaurant environment. Good Luck.
