i realize i didn't do ammmazing, but im trying to do bettr little by litte, so if you could let me know how good you think, please jsut help

You ate ok but not that healthy to be honest.
Replace the poptart with a peice of wholemeal toast and the lasagne for dinner isn't particularly healthy eaither. You need to include more fruit and veges in your diet.
It is recommended that you eat 3 servings of fruit, 2 of veges, 5 servings cereals (bread, grains ect.), 2 servings of dairy products and one of meat. A serving being about the size of the palm of your hand.How healthy did i eat today?

plus that poptart wasnt needed - if you need something sweet have a banana, or whole wheat waffles, maybe a healthy cereal?

Pretty healthy I'd say! The only one things that I see is bad is the pop tart, maybe a bagel for tomorrow? Other than that its good :)
