Darden Company (LongHorn Steakhouse, RedLobster, Olive Garden etc) out of company benefits ?

A coworker told me that I could get 20% off my att phone bill just because I work there and that there were many other specials outside of the company I could receive.

I don't think there's a public web page, but you should be able to log in to the company web site for this. Google "Darden Dish" plus the name of the restaurant you work at, and then log in. If you haven't logged into this yet, you will be able to create a username using your clock in number and your store number. Then a list of links will appear at the left, and you need to hit, "Employee Self Service" and then hit "Pay and Benefit Info" and then "Discounts."



You'll probably have to print a copy of your paycheck (from a separate area of the web site) and then bring it in person to your phone company so they can apply the discount. Have fun!
