No not really. About the only thing you will find are frames that you buy and have build kits either Shimano or Sram, and these are complete kits such as shifters, crank, f/r derailleur and brakes may also be included for a set price and little mix and matching is allowed on most of these, assembled with the bike and buying this way is for people who have no concern for money whatsoever! If you are broke then this is not for you! Your typical Shimano 105 group would cost about $900+/- and a mtb build for the XT group might cost you around the same or more and likely more. Much cheaper to buy a bike already built! This way (complete bike already built) will save you the most money, I guarantee it!
You will end up paying about 60% more to part out a bike over an already assembled one.Is their a site were you could be walk through picking out part for a bike starting with the frame or somthing?
Interesting idea...like Build a Bike workshop...Is their a site were you could be walk through picking out part for a bike starting with the frame or somthing?
Try these guys:

Your question about a site like that is pretty much how these guys run their shop.
Good luck.
