I created a ringtone on ventone and picked the part of the song i wanted as a ringtone but it sent me a differ?

ent part.. does anyone know why or how to get the part of song you actually picked, I am doing it by creating the ringtone from youtube videos..

i know the solution. Use the firefox browser. That has happened to me when i used internet explorer. I use ventones all the time. Its the best free site.
