How Do i set up my Cb radio to play though my computers?

Want to set up my cb radio so it can be played Live through my PCHow Do i set up my Cb radio to play though my computers?
one option is to connect through the speaker jack normally found on the rear with the rest of the cables. second option is to open machine and add wires to the existing speaker connections remove to existing speaker if no longer want this speaker to work, also a selector swich could be installed to turn off either setup
